Return & Refund Policy

At Beautifyer.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make things right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or expired product.

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products (e.g., opened cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support via email at support@beautifyer.pk or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days through your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or wrong)

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • In all other cases, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
