Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products (e.g., opened cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return

Provide your order number, product details, and a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days through your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
